At Cup of Tea Cafe, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below, you will find our Refund and Returns Policy for the products available for online purchase—edible straws.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your edible straws must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.

Please note that perishable items such as beverages (Iced coffee, Frappuccino, Smoothies, Lemonade, Hot coffee) cannot be returned due to their nature.

Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Edible straws that have been used.
  • Beverages, including Iced coffee, Frappuccino, Smoothies, Lemonade, and Hot coffee, as these are perishable.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

To Complete Your Return
To process a return, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
We may only offer partial refunds in the following situations:

  • If the edible straws have been opened or used.
  • If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • If the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time involved.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at cupofteaphcafe@gmail.com and mail your item to: Stall 21, Lagoon, PUP Main Building, Anonas St., Sta. Mesa, Manila, Philippines.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:
Stall 21, Lagoon, PUP Main Building, Anonas St., Sta. Mesa, Manila, Philippines.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
